Yesterday I participated at Miami’s Green Baby Fair event hosted by The Gathering Place. It was such a great event! There were so many amazing vendors promoting lots of wonderful organic and natural products as well as great and informative workshops for parents and new parents to be! Here are some images of my booth and my amazing helpers, Jasmine and Grace. Thank you so much, we truly were a great team!

So excited to be a part of this event! Check out on April 20th the Green Baby Fair, sponsored by The Gathering Place in Miami. This event is going to be full of amazing vendors and educators promoting their eco friendly products as well as local small businesses like myself. In my case, I will not just be there promoting my services as a newborn and baby photographer but will also be attending as a new expecting mom! Can’t wait to see all the goodies and eco friendly products out there that will benefit new mommies like myself. See you there!
I love experimenting with new lenses. I recently got a 105mm Nikon macro lens and as soon as I started using it I fell in love with it! It is amazing how close you can get to the details, which is why I love it for newborn photography. You get to highlight all the cuteness that a baby newborn has! This type of lens is also great for portraits, especially in the outdoors. Since I work with available light it might be a bit challenging to use because I need to shoot at a lower speed but the good thing about this lens is that it offers “vibration reduction” and it really helps with any slight camera shake allowing me to get nice crisp and sharp images.
Lovely session done during the holidays…aren’t this kids adorable? Look at those faces! This session was done at the Village of Merrick Park where they had a beautiful Christmas tree.
